This review is long overdue.

I was looking to rent my condo almost two years ago at this point. Yelp has always done right by me so I trusted the recommendations. I spoke with a few other property managers and everyone was wanting to rent my condo for a lot less. Brian agreed to rent it at a price we were comfortable with.

Brian was very good at communicating and was patient with all of our questions. My husband met with him initially and then we met with him again after I reviewed the contract at home.

Everything looked good. We updated a few things in the condo in preparation to rent it and he gave us a few other good suggestions as well. Brian was a property manager I felt knew what he was doing and we got the sense he would take care of everything for us.

The monthly amount for his services is great and we have peace of mind with Brian's services. We have a landlord portal to sign into, we get our yearly tax form and an email each month right before we receive our deposit. It's also nice that if the tenant puts in a maintenance request, we receive an email as a courtesy, but Brian takes care of everything!

We are absolutely pleased with Brian as our property manager and when we decide to purchase another investment property we will absolutely ask Brian to help us out with that as well. We cannot recommend Brian enough!

When something came on the market that fit this idea, Brian was even more efficient at arranging a viewing and having an offer ready to go. I am convinced that we would not have ended up buying the house we did without Brian's diligence, skill and experience.

Finally, Brian's assistant, Deedee Haro, is an effective complement to Brian's skill. Deedee was organized, knowledgeable, and efficient to carry out all other components of both transactions. Her skills are perfectly suited to this position and we greatly appreciate her professionalism and diligence.
In summary, Brian is not just a good agent, but an outstanding agent to work with and have a great transaction. Brian and team will not rest until you have met your real estate goals and given you an extraordinary real estate experience.

And now, for the rest of the story ... Did I mention we were very "particular" about what we were looking for? Well, Tim, Brian, and Jennifer patiently, took us to see many great houses. Some involved searches they performed on our behalf. Others properties were homes that we found. We truly believe that God had a plan, and our home wasn't "ready" for us when we were looking. The house became "ready" for us on Valentine's Day 2014, and Tim & Brian's team was ready to act. We immediately placed an offer, and 17 days after our offer was accepted... we were moving in!

We have now been in our home for 9 months. We have met the neighbors, invited friends for dinner, held birthday parties, and hosted holiday gatherings. Brian is our Realtor for life! Here's why: 1. He is our advocate and holds our interests and needs more important than completing the transaction. For example, when my wife and I bought our home recently our opening bid was countered with a offer which removed contingencies. Brian explained exactly what the contingencies were and the risks we were taking by removing them. Brian was willing to withdraw our offer and walk away to look for a different house. I honestly don't think anybody else could have pulled off what Brian did. We had initially gone with a different agent that messed things up so bad our lender was serving us foreclosure papers. Our lender had already told us we had no chance of doing a short sale and that too many months past the deadline had already elapsed. We then contacted Brian and were pretty sure there was no hope for our situation. However, he advised us that he would take care of everything and did a pretty good job of calming us down and reassuring us that the giant mess was going to be resolved.
